What does pharmacy IT support include?

Which dispensing and POS systems do you support?
We support Z Dispense, FRED, POSWORKS, Corum, PlusOne, DDBooks, Minfos, BP Premier and Nostra Data, plus dispensing robots. We work directly with each vendor so your team has one number to call.
Do you support pharmacies outside Melbourne?
Yes. We support pharmacies on-site across Victoria and remotely across Australia, including pharmacy groups with stores in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.
How fast do you respond if the dispensary is down?
A dispensary outage is treated as a priority. We connect remotely straight away to get dispensing and eScripts working again, and arrange on-site help when it's needed.
Is our pharmacy required to follow the Essential Eight?
The Essential Eight is the Australian Government's recommended cyber security baseline. Pharmacies hold sensitive health information under the Privacy Act, so aligning with the Essential Eight is the most practical way to protect patient data and reduce risk.
How much does pharmacy IT support cost?
